I had an amazing stay at The Inn at Mazatlan, where the recent renovations have made a noticeable difference. The newly updated bathrooms and room amenities like the fridge and coffee maker were fantastic. The customer service was exceptional, and the beach view right from my window was stunning. It was such a pleasure to enjoy the convenient happy hour by the pool and surf on the beautiful beach. However, there were a couple of minor issues with some areas that could use a little more maintenance.

I spent my 35th year at the Inn, and while the service was fantastic thanks to a few standout staff members, the noise from groups of cheerleaders made sleep difficult. I appreciated the cleanliness and the effort from some of the newer staff, even though the ongoing construction is a bit disruptive.
